MEGA SPORTS CAMP!

Kids entering Grades 1-5 in the Fall will choose one of our sports to focus on. That’s not all! Your child will enjoy upbeat rallies filled with energetic music, fun sports stories and Bible stories that will help them discover character traits that can help them excel at sports and in life.

Sure! We do ask for children to be registered with parental permission (see our registration form) so we have emergency contact info and basic child info. Mega Sports Camp is fun, exciting, and a great way for friends to spend time together this summer!

To allow kids get to know their teammates and build relationships with coaches, children will be in the same sport for the entire week.

Mega Sports Camp equipment, snacks and supplies are included in your registration cost. Kids who register early will also receive a Mega Sports Camp water bottle (while supplies last!)

CHECK-IN
To keep all our kids safe, we ask that a parent or responsible adult checks them in on our check in system. Children will receive a lanyard on their first day with their name and a unique pick up code. Parents will receive a card with matching pick up code tag and 5 numbered stickers. Please place a fresh numbered sticker on your child’s shirt each day to identify their group and keep your pick up card with you. Once kids are checked in they join the fun in our Worship Center with our Opening Rally!

CHECK-OUT
Check out looks like this: Parents are asked to proceed down the side aisles of the Worship Center and then back up the center aisle to get their child. Your child’s Huddle Coach will verify that your pick up card matches your child’s lanyard before releasing them to your care, and then keep your child’s lanyard for the next day.

Our registration team will verify your identity through your photo ID. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize the safety of your child.

Notify our registration team when you arrive with your child to make arrangements for another adult to pick your child up that day.

Please note your child’s allergies on our registration sheet. While all of our snacks are peanut free we can also accommodate other specific food allergies for your child OR you can choose to send an appropriate snack in daily. We will post our morning snack at registration each day as well as “tomorrow’s snack” at the end of the day. Please contact us with specific questions!

Make sure your child has a good healthy breakfast- we are playing most of the morning! T-shirt and shirts with sneakers are best and please apply sunscreen to protect kids from sunburn.
