Membership
We believe that church isn’t just something you attend—it’s something you belong to. Becoming a member at Word of Life is a way to say, “This is my church. I’m planted, invested, and ready to build & belong.” If that sounds like where you're headed, we’d love to help you take that next step. While you don’t need to be a member to attend, serve on many teams, or get involved in our community, some leadership roles and ministries—like teaching in LIFE Kidz or serving on our worship team for example—do require membership.
The Pathway to Membership
Joining as a member is a simple and personal process designed to make sure you’re ready and supported along the way. Here's how it works:
📋 Fill out the Membership Interest Form to get started.
👋 Our team will reach out to walk you through what’s next.
✏️ You’ll complete a membership packet & send it back to the office.
😀 You’ll attend a short membership interview with one of our pastors—it’s casual, relational, and a great chance to share your story and ask any questions!
Membership Prerequisites
If you haven’t completed LIFE Path yet, that’s your next step! LIFE Path is our two-Sunday experience that helps you learn more about who we are as a church, what we believe, and how you can get involved. Please note: completing LIFE Path doesn’t automatically make you a member—it simply opens the door to membership for those who are ready. There are additional pre-requisites outlined in the membership packet (for example- regular attendance, baptism, being involved!)
